Hi friend!

I don’t want to brag, but I’d like to think of myself as an expert crust cutter for our three kids. My husband, Nick, and I have an incredible skill of procrastinating on laundry, as well as falling asleep on the couch after late night cookies and binge watching shows. In summary, we obviously have it all together. Our family of five lacks no level of personality.

I’m more than an author. I’m a wife, mom, Jesus freak and online fitness coach.

Almost a decade ago, I quit a fancy corporate job to chase a dream of launching an online fitness and nutrition business. That dream blossomed with relentless belief, faith that compelled action, research upon research of best health & fitness practices, and loads of getting back up when I’ve fallen down.

Now having helped thousands of customers connect the dots between their goals and sustainable results, I know this wasn’t just a dream. It was a calling. I love what I do and I love helping women keep their fitness and nutrition simple.



If I were you, I’d be asking, “Well how much is all this?”

I will address the elephant in the room because I dig honesty. My coaching fee is ZERO. You read right. I do not charge you for daily motivation, weekly accountability, monthly recipe ebooks, etc. I’ve created an online fitness community that supports women of all ages and fitness levels (and I aim to cheer you on towards your goals, regardless of any investment you make).

This small online business has provided for my family because I do earn commission from Beachbody On Demand (BOD) memberships and the amazing products in the Beachbody catalog (for example: Shakeology, 3-Day Refresh, Beachbars, Energize, fitness apparel, workout gear, etc). Make sense now?

It makes my job super fun and easy to recommend products and solutions that I love (and have proven success for thousands of my customers).

First, sorry you’ve started and stopped. Join the club. We’ve all set our ambitions towards something and fallen short. It might not have been you, or maybe it was. Either way, I’m glad you are reading this because I, too, overthink everything.

Second, blending (1) the right fitness program, (2) a sensible nutrition plan, and (3) an ongoing positive community yields results. Every time. So be willing to ask yourself tough questions:

  1. Did I give up on myself?

  2. Was it just not the right time?

  3. Were the workouts right for my body?

  4. Did I overcomplicate the nutrition part?

  5. Who was in my corner?
